STELLA KAISER ships worldwide. Each order is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Germany: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or unforeseen delays.
Express shipping options may be available at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

  • Original tags and proof of purchase must be included

  • Custom or engraved pieces are final sale

To initiate a return, please contact us at

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at
hello@stellakaiser.com with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
