1. Widerrufsrecht (Right of Withdrawal)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) received the goods.

You may use the withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.

2. Folgen des Widerrufs (Consequences of Withdrawal)

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a different shipping method than the standard offered by us), within 14 days from the day we receive your returned goods.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods within 14 days from the date you inform us of your withdrawal. The return is at your own cost unless otherwise agreed.
