• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or unforeseen delays.
• Express shipping is available at an additional cost.

1.4. Shipping Fees & Duties

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
• STELLA KAISER is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs clearance.

1.5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Return & Exchange Policy

2.1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Items must include all original tags and proof of purchase.
• Personalized, custom, or engraved jewelry cannot be returned.

2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the item back to our return address within 7 days of receiving the authorization.

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
